Avon Soccer Club was founded in 2015 in Avon, NY by a few parents who were looking to expand on the recreational soccer program in the area. Based in the Rochester suburb of Avon, the club offers camps and clinics year-round and offers travel-level teams in various age groups as the interest level grows.  For 2024/2025 Avon SC joins the AFCR family of programs as AFCR Avon.

AFCR Avon travel teams are formed each fall through an open registration process. In the winter months, Avon teams may practice indoors at several area facilities.

In the summer months, Avon travel teams will compete in the Rochester District Youth Soccer League as well a other area tournaments.
