About Select Girls
AFCR Select is our Premier-level platform for girls, offering an advanced environment for players who are ready to take the next step and compete at a higher level. Open to U10, U11, U13, U14, and U15 teams, this program is built to bridge the gap between travel soccer and elite performance, creating a complete pipeline from recreational soccer to travel, and now to premier competition.
Premier-level soccer gives girls the opportunity to compete against top talent, sharpen their skills in a focused training environment, and prepare for long-term success—whether their goals are high school, college, or even professional soccer. For AFC Rochester, AFCR Select represents a critical piece of our mission: to provide a complete and accessible development pathway for every player, from first touch to elite competition.

Aceler8 is a Rochester based youth soccer academy offering expert, age appropriate player development for athletes ages 6 to 13, coached by former professional soccer players.
The academy is joining the AFCR family and will compete under the AFCR Select program, bringing together two organizations that have always been after the same thing: giving young players in Rochester a real chance to grow and compete at the highest level possible.
