2026-2027 TRYOUTS

WHAT TO BRING:

Tryouts will be held outdoors, please dress accordingly for inclement weather.

Basics required:

• Cleats
• Shin Guards
• Soccer Ball
• Water

PURPOSE:

Association Football Club of Rochester hold tryouts for competitive players in the summer of each year, forming teams that will play throughout the next season. It is recommended that players attend as may tryout dates as possible.

Please note: All players must be registered for tryouts to be considered for a travel team. Invitations to join specific teams will be sent shortly to those who participated in tryouts and met the program selection criteria.

Steps to Register for AFCR 2026-2027 Season Tryouts

Option 1: Register Through the PlayMetrics App or Website

1. Sign in to your PlayMetrics account through the app or website.
2. Select the ‘Programs’ tab.
3. Locate the ‘AFCR 2026-2027 Season Tryout Pre-Registration’ program.
4. Click ‘Register’.
5. Review the available programs and select the appropriate option:

• AFCR Brighton
• AFCR Pittsford
• AFCR Victor
• AFCR Select (Boys)

1. Select the player(s) you are registering.
2. Click ‘Proceed to Registration’ in the bottom right corner.
3. Complete the requested information and click ‘Next’.
4. Submit payment to complete registration.

Option 2: Register Through AFC-Rochester.com

1. Visit AFC-Rochester.com.
2. Click ‘Tryouts’ in the navigation menu.
3. Review the available programs and select the appropriate option:

• AFCR Brighton
• AFCR Pittsford
• AFCR Victor
• AFCR Select (Boys)

1. You will be redirected to PlayMetrics. Sign in to your account.
2. Locate the ‘AFCR 2026-2027 Season Tryout Pre-Registration’ program.
3. Click ‘Register’.
4. Review the available programs and select the appropriate option:

• AFCR Brighton
• AFCR Pittsford
• AFCR Victor
• AFCR Select (Boys)
